Founded in 1990, akp has secured an excellent reputation in the construction industry with the leadership of its Chairman Ian McEwan.
Our work ethos – ‘Building Pride’ – reflects our passion to deliver all forms of construction related projects to the highest standards, within ever diminishing time frames and to a diverse range of clients.
We work across a wide range of private and public sectors, including commercial, industrial, education, retail, leisure, and hospitality. Our services include everything from dilapidations and refurbishment to fit out and design and build.

Turnover has increased from £15.6m in 2021 to over £35m in 2026 and profit margin has risen sharply, supporting a balance sheet now in excess of £5m.
