Mark Smith has taken on the role as Contracts Manager. A capable senior manager, Mark has contributed to exceptionally strong performance across quality, cost and delivery proved through multiple projects including McLellan Works, Rowan House, Spire and Rathbones.

Mark commented,

I am delighted to be moving into a Contract Managers role with akp. Since joining over 5 years ago I have had the pleasure of working with incredibly dedicated and professional teams delivering a wide-range projects and I look forward to the journey ahead contributing to the continued success and growth of the business.

Site Manager Conner Goldie has proved to be a dedicated and highly committed manager returning excellent results for akp and our clients alike, he has been recognised for this and accepted the role of Project Manager. Conner is heavily involved the extensive renovation of the Glasgow Marriott Hotel with a vast scope of works includes circa 300 guestrooms and public areas.
